Gabriel De Silva Fine Art

Gabriel De Silva follows in the light of the famed New York School masters having acquired his evolution of the style through his Master Degree study at the Pratt Institute in New York.

Subsequent influences during his Africa assignment by Brown University lead to a deeper understanding of Shamen ritual, music and dance. Gabriel continued with his observations and immersion into native Hawaiian culture where he has lived for the past two decades with his native Hawaiian wife and four talented children.

As a child, growing up in Spanish Harlem, Gabriel De Silver was recognized early as a gifted prodigy and attended, under full scholarship, the Art Student's League of New York City, and later the Rhode Island School of Design.
